Refund Policy
Fantasy Brain Pro is sold as a subscription. This page explains cancellation, refund, and billing-support expectations before a customer checks out.
Seven-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with Fantasy Brain Pro within seven days of your first payment, contact bobrothers43@yahoo.com and we will refund the charge. Refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal linked on the pricing page. Canceled subscriptions keep Pro access until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund is issued for that period.
No Outcome Guarantees
Fantasy Brain provides decision-support tools, not guaranteed fantasy, betting, or financial outcomes. Refund eligibility is based on the policy above, not on player performance, injury news, lineup results, or league outcomes.
Billing Support
For duplicate charges, accidental plan selection, portal issues, or refund requests, email bobrothers43@yahoo.com with the email address used at checkout.
